The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights wrote a letter requesting the dismissal of the Senior Advisor after emails revealed its consistency with white nationalism. A coalition of civil rights organizations wrote a letter on Monday asking the Trump administration to dismiss Stephen Miller following e-mails leaked last week that confirmed the previously-proposed White Nationalist Senior Advisor agreement.
The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights wrote to the White House that the government will continue to be “responsible for the violence inflicted by Miller’s hatred and bigotry” while he is still working for the federal government.
“Stephen Miller stands for white supremacy, Violent extremism, and hatred – all ideologies that contradict the fundamental values that guide our democracy, “the letter said. “Allowing him to remain a White House advisor is a betrayal of our national ideals of justice, inclusion, and fairness. We ask you to stop your hateful actions and remove all hate enthusiasts from the administration. “
