Trump pays 'highest respect' to Japan's Abe

President Donald Trump said that he wants to pay his “highest respect” to his “great friend” Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who resigned from the post over health issues.

“I want to pay my highest respect to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe … a great friend of mine,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One. “I just feel very badly about it, because it must be very severe for him to leave.”

Trump said Abe loved his country very much and said he planned to call him.
