Trump says COVID-19 vaccine possible before election

President Donald Trump, during an interview, said it was possible the US would have a COVID-19 vaccine before the presidential election on November 3.

Asked on the Geraldo Rivera radio program when a vaccine might be ready, Trump said, “Sooner than the end of the year, could be much sooner.”

“We have a lot of vaccines under study by the way. We look like we’re going to be really good on vaccines and therapeutics also,” he said.
