Trump tells Americans to try to vote twice

President Donald Trump has told his supporters to try to vote twice on November 3.

He said Americans should firs try to vote by mail and then go to the polling station on election day to check whether their ballot was counted and if not, vote again.

“YOU ARE NOW ASSURED THAT YOUR PRECIOUS VOTE HAS BEEN COUNTED,” Trump tweeted.

After President Trump made the initial comments, North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein tweeted that he had “outrageously encouraged” people in the state to “break the law in order to help him sow chaos in our election”.
