The U.S. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported 7,694,865 cases of COVID-19, and said the number of deaths had risen by 577 to 213,614.

It reported an increase of 53,363 coronavirus cases from its previous count.

The CDC figures do not reflect cases reported by individual states.
