World number two Rafael Nadal defeated world number one Novak Djokovic in French Open men’s singles final on Sunday.
With this, the 34-year-old won the French Open for a record-extending 13th time. Madal equal Roger Federer’s record of 20 Grand Slam men’s titles.
In a stunning performance, Rafael Nadal blasted past top-ranked Novak Djokovic, 6-0, 6-2, 7-5.
“A win here means everything for me,” said Nadal.
Top seed Djokovic, 33, lost a completed match for the first time in 2020.
